Great script. I am already using it on my website. I am actually going to be using the postcardviewer for my ongoing and upcoming art project. It seems to me that I can keep adding images to infinity right ? The only thing I saw was (this is due to my own photography work) that I really need to have my images straight up and down instead of at a random angle. But, I think I can work around the problem. If you want to see what I am working on go to the above url and click on new work on nav bar from any page. I have been looking for an script like this for some time.

The PostCardViewer script for Photoshop rocks. Thank you very much! Can I humbly make two requests?
1. An option to sort the images sequentially or randomly. The current behavior sorts them randomly but if I have a sequence of photos that tell a specific story then I want them in order, based on filename.
2. An option to control image rotation as a variable. A value of zero would be straight and parallel and a number like 15 or 20 would allow for variable rotation of up to 15 or 20 percent. I’m not sure how the SWF viewer is built so I’m not sure how easy this would be.

i ran the script in CS2 on my mac and it created the appropriate files but when i hit the index.html to preview, it just gives me a blank page (with the background color) in Safari. what did i do wrong?
The PostcardViewer is great! Really makes your gallery stand out. I would love to be able to have the feature of including image descriptions though. Does anyone know a way of doing this?

Dan, did the viewer.swf file get copied into the output folder? The script assumes that the viewer.swf file and upgrade.gif file are in the same directory as the script when the script is run.
Russell, the script requires CS2 specific code, so it’ll only run in CS2. Sorry.
I copied the unzipped folder to the scripts folder (CS2), but the script doesn’t show up in my menu…anybody have this trouble?
Chris, make sure you are unzipping the correct file (use this one: http://www.airtightinteractive.com/projects/postcardviewer/postcardviewer_ps_script.zip ). This file is different than the regular PostcardViewer download.
I have the same problem as Dan 🙁 The index page stays blank..

Great script! Any tips on how to edit html? title, metadate etc. some may want to change the name of the site from postcard viewer.
Suggestion: How about a script that uses IPTC description and kewords to build web page so google can crawl my pages / images and get them on their search engine? Might be able to sell a print or license an image usage.
