Kinda presumptuous though. Suppose I choose not to ceaselessly upgrade everything all time like a hamster on a wheel? Suppose I LIKE things just the way they are? Suppose evrytime I’ve upgraded in the past it has not been worth the resultant complications? Eh?
I like it. I’d probably try and be funny without being insulted. Maybe providing the user with their browser and Flash Player version along with statistics to show them that the world is passing them by would work better in the long run. Then again, people who don’t have the latest version of the Flash Player need to get onboard or get off the web. 🙂
If only those lazy programmers at adobe flash would get on board with x64 web bit browsers… if you ask me, Adobe Flash has no business being the “world standard” in web based interactive media. They MUST be hearing the 64 bit cries from around the world, why wont they do anything about it?!?! Right now I (and everyone else who is using 64 bit OS) has to view the web with an old, or as it is put here “modern” (HA) browser with flash player.
I like it, it’s funny how you get both ends of the spectrum in the comments, update or die, and screw adobe flash for not trying hard enough. These arguments will never go away so long as the standards keep changing. We are a tough crowd I guess.
